Description: The Millennium School Surat's Reverse Mentoring Session empowered Grade VI and VII students to share fresh perspectives with Grade VIII, fostering mutual learning and respect. The session addressed critical issues like bullying, body shaming, fake friendship, anger, right discipline etc., followed by a Q&A session along with parents and teachers. Furthermore, the program connected with the "Circle of Safety" Parenting Workshop, led by Ms. Anuja Amin, which equipped parents to create a safe and secure environment at home. Continuing this program will further promote positivity and emotional well-being, celebrating student successes and promoting a culture of appreciation and respect.
