The Voice of the Pen Competition
“India’s pride and glory,
Hindi is the identity of knowledge and culture.”
At The Millennium School, Hindi Fortnight was organized with great enthusiasm and dignity to celebrate Hindi Diwas. On this occasion, various competitions were held under the theme “The Voice of the Pen”, in which students participated wholeheartedly and showcased their talents.
Students of Grade 6 composed and recited their self-written poems, beautifully expressing the charm and richness of the Hindi language. These poems reflected themes such as motherly love, culture, environment, and human values.
Students of Grade 7 participated in a Brochure-Making Activity, creatively expressing their thoughts on socially relevant topics. Their brochures prominently conveyed inspiring messages on subjects such as India’s cultural heritage and environmental conservation.
Students of Grade 8 took part in an Inland Letter Writing Activity, where they wrote letters to the Honorable Prime Minister and Chief Minister, sharing their valuable suggestions on nation-building and social reform. This activity not only highlighted the students’ writing skills but also reflected their logical thinking, social awareness, sensitivity, and sense of responsibility toward the nation.
The school’s morning assembly featured a variety of programs that filled the entire campus with the spirit and essence of the Hindi language.
