Description: Field trips are powerful learning experiences which enhance thoughtful work and maximize learning. A similar field trip was arranged to the Textile Factory from TMS where the learners visited weaving sections surrounded by colourful threads and fabrics such as silk, organza etc being made through the latest machines. This visit helped them to understand the working process of looms, their names, commercial aspect as well as further processing of the fabric adding on to experiential learning about production of finished garment.
